The Enterprise Resource Planning Certificate graduate program is about exposing you to the concept of integrating different business functional areas such as marketing and sales, supply chain management, customer relationship management, enterprise asset management, inventory and warehouse management, accounting and finance and human resources to achieve company goals of improving business processes by using ERP software.

The program contains four course taught online and no GMAT is required. must obtain a 3.0 GPA for the four courses with a "C" or better in each class. 

The goal of this program is to familiarize you with ERP software such as SAP ERP, which can support integration of business processes that cut across different functional areas. This concentration will demonstrate how ERP systems can help a company cut costs and improve efficiencies of business processes by providing managers with accurate, consistent and real-time data across all business functions.

ERP Overview: This course provides you with an understanding of fundamental business processes and enterprise systems. You will learn how to integrate these business processes into an enterprise resource planning system, specifically SAP. You gain hands-on experience using SAP for the fulfillment, procurement, production, financial accounting and management of business processes. 

E-Commerce: This course focuses on the principles of electronic commerce from a business perspective, including technology innovations, business models, virtual value chains and marketing strategies. In addition, as a potential disruptive technology, blockchain and its possible applications are explored. 

Business Intelligence: This course introduces you to business intelligence, which is the user-centered process of exploring data, data relationships and trends – thereby helping to improve overall decision-making. You will use a major enterprise software application for business intelligence, analytical reporting and Data Warehousing solutions. 

Supply Chain Management: This course introduces you to the concepts of Business Analytics to help professionals make informed decisions based on data. Besides learning Excel functions, you will use data visualization and data mining techniques to discover hidden trends in data sets. 

Enterprise Systems/Customer Relationship Management: This course introduces students to the concepts, capabilities and benefits of Customer Relationship Management, the use of CRM by companies for customer acquisition, retention and development, and the implementation of CRM using concurrent technologies. The course covers various aspects of operational, strategic and analytical CRM. Students access CRM platforms such as SAP and SalesForce to learn how to enable marketing, sales and service transactions related to the CRM processes.
