Program Description

The Enterprise Resource Planning Certificate graduate program is about exposing you to the concept of integrating different business functional areas such as marketing and sales, supply chain management, customer relationship management, enterprise asset management, inventory and warehouse management, accounting and finance and human resources to achieve company goals of improving business processes by using ERP software.

The program contains four course taught online and no GMAT is required. must obtain a 3.0 GPA for the four courses with a "C" or better in each class.

E-CommerceThis course focuses on the principles of electronic commerce from a business perspective, including technology innovations, business models, virtual value chains and marketing strategies. In addition, as a potential disruptive technology, blockchain and its possible applications are explored. 

Business IntelligenceThis course introduces you to business intelligence, which is the user-centered process of exploring data, data relationships and trends – thereby helping to improve overall decision-making. You will use a major enterprise software application for business intelligence, analytical reporting and Data Warehousing solutions. 

Supply Chain ManagementThis course introduces you to the concepts of Business Analytics to help professionals make informed decisions based on data. Besides learning Excel functions, you will use data visualization and data mining techniques to discover hidden trends in data sets.
