The Lamar University Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition – Dietetics Track will prepare and qualify you to apply for and complete an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics-accredited internship program in nutrition and dietetics. You'll take courses in general nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, community nutrition, nutrition through the life cycle, nutritional biochemistry, food science and food service management.
