How To Apply
Complete a FAFSA or TASFA
- Demonstrate financial need
- Enroll at least half time in an eligible program
- Beginning with the 2020-2021 incoming Freshman class, you must be enrolled full-time to receive a disbursement of these funds.
- Meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
Amount
Annual award amounts differ based on a student's need
Disbursement (Payment)
- Money is disbursed to the student's account once a semester
- Disbursements begin 10 days prior to the student's first class start date
- The disbursed amount is prorated based on your enrollment level, amounts may be different based on need.
- Full-Time/ 12 or more hours - $4,000 (annual)
- Three Quarter-Time/ 9-11 hours - $3,000 (annual)
- Half-Time/ 6-8 hours - $2000 (annual)
- Less than half-time/less than 6 – not eligible for a disbursement
