Markham Johnson

Markham Johnson won the Pablo Neruda Prize from Nimrod. His first book of poetry, Collecting the Light, was chosen for the University of Central Florida’s Contemporary Poetry Series, and a chapbook, Starlings, Grackles, Redwings, was selected by Philip Levine for publication by the South Florida Poetry Review. He has three children, three grandchildren, and lives with his wife, Dawn, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
