Lamar University has been featured in a ranking of the best online bachelor's degrees in entrepreneurship.

 Lamar University ranked seven in the Online Schools Report for best online entrepreneurship degrees. The ranking is based on the quality of the program determined by student engagement, faculty credentials, student-to-faculty ratio, graduation rates and faculty experience and training.

Online Schools Report’s goal is to provide students with information on quality online programs, holding online schools accountable to their students.

“These programs represent the best in online program quality, student satisfaction, online presence, affordability, earnings potential and acceptance and retention rates,” said Noah McGraw, editor, Online Schools Report, in a letter awarding Lamar University the ranking.

Lamar University’s Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship online is offered by LU’s College of Business and provides essential foundational business skills in accounting, finance, management and analysis. Students build solid communication skills and learn strategies for developing ideas into valuable products, services and business models. Coursework also includes training in critical areas of business technology, including data analysis and SAP.
