Lamar University faculty, staff join Nederland HS senior interview seminar

On the morning of Thursday, Feb. 23, several Southeast Texas business partners and companies gathered in the Nederland High School competition gym for the school’s annual Senior Interview Seminar, an event that offers networking opportunities for high school seniors.
From wall to wall, and row after row, sat excited community representatives and among them were 10 Lamar University faculty and staff across several university departments from marketing communications and career services to nursing education and engineering.
During the seminar, students were able to present resumes, do mock interviews with business professionals and ask questions about industries that piqued their interest.
