Online MBA program ranks among nation’s most affordable

Lamar University has earned a place among the nation’s most affordable online MBA programs, ranking #32 in College Consensus’s 40 Most Affordable Online MBA Programs for 2025.

“We are proud to have such an affordable MBA program which is also accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Less than five percent of over 16,000 business schools worldwide have received accreditation by AACSB,” Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and Research Dr. Soumava Bandyopadhyay said. “The recognition of the affordability evidenced by the ranking, along with our accreditation, communicates outstanding value to potential MBA students. Our affordable MBA degree can be completed in as little as one calendar year.”

Students can pursue a general MBA or specialize in high-demand fields such as accounting, business analytics, healthcare administration, and more.
