Please come photo ready in your gowns. You do not have to wear your hat, but you are welcome to bring it if you would like it to be an accessory in your individual photo.  

GRADUATE LUNCHEON

Location: Setzer Center Ballroom

Each student is permitted two outside guests

Students this event is required – let me know if you need a note for your professor(s); they are printed in my office so come see me!

Open to all senior students! Wear your best Hawaiian attire and register in LU Hub!

GRADUATION REHEARSAL

Time: 5:00PM

Location: Montagne Center

Attire: Regular clothes is fine for this!

Start Time: 6:00PM

Location: Montagne Center

Student Information

Student Arrival Time: 4:30PM (NO LATER THAN 5!)

Students will be in the Cardinal Room (Absolutely NO outside guests are permitted in here)

Caps can be decorated

No shorts allowed

Appropriate stoles/chords are welcome 

Park in lot A-5 on the campus map

Guest Information

Doors Open for guests at 5:00PM

Park in lot A-5 and enter on the main level (we will have an usher to assist)

Absolutely NO reserving seats in the arena

Event will be live streamed via facebook page

No balloons are allowed into the arena due to getting stuck in the rafters

Follow the LU Clear Bag policy

Once the event has ended, please move outside of the Montagne to take photos and visit with other guests and your graduate
