During your first 30 days of employment or promotion into a benefits-eligible position, you have the opportunity to enroll in optional coverage such as dental, vision, life insurance, disability and TexFlex by visiting ERS portal or by completing the online Benefits Election Form.

You must wait for your Benefits Welcome email before you can enroll, to ensure your record has been set up within ERS.
