3.11 - Site Go Live

Policy

Sites will go live only upon review and approval of the Office of Web Communication. 

Standard

This policy does not aim to police content but to ensure its accuracy and exigency. Consider the Office of Web Communications a "third set of eyes" that will help you to see your site and its content more clearly.

Procedure

Prior to any site go-live, the Office of Web Communication will review the content and structure and then make recommendations and suggestions, most of which you should consider as changes to be completed by the departmental web liaison, publisher or contributor prior to go-live.
