Doctoral Research Assistantship

Lamar University’s Center for Advances in Water and Air Quality (Beaumont, TX) invites applications for multiple Doctoral Research Assistantships. The multidisciplinary research center is focused on addressing challenges in water sustainability and air quality faced by industries and in global community. Awarded research assistants will receive a competitive monthly stipend in addition to full tuition benefit. Ideal candidates should have M.S. in an engineering discipline including but not limited to environmental engineering, chemical engineering, environmental science, or agricultural engineering. Candidates that only possess a B.S. will be considered if they have verifiable research experience. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken), and the ability to work in a team are required.
