What is a Resident Assistant?

Resident Assistants (RA's) are student leaders who assume major responsibilities in Cardinal Village residence halls approximately 20 hours per week. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Housing, RA's must maintain open and effective face-to-face communication between themselves and their residents.
