Dale Coulthard is a retired Petroleum Geologist who has 40+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. In 1976, he began his career with Gulf Oil where he performed geologic duties and also served as a College Recruiter for their Exploration and Development department. He would hold similar geological positions with several Independent Oil Companies over the course of his career. In 1995, he joined Fina Oil and became Onshore Geological Manager along with their successor, Total. He joined Houston Energy in 2005 as the Onshore Exploration/Exploitation Vice President and held this position until his retirement in 2020. Mr. Coulthard as a B.S. in Oceanographic Technology from Lamar University in 1973 and an M.S. in Geological Oceanography from Texas A&M University in 1976. He is a member of AAPG, HGS and NOGS.
