‘Back in 2015, I was working for BISD (Beaumont Independent School District) and there was a gentleman at the time, a friend of mine working for Lamar University and he helped me get hired here. I like working for Lamar University the department I work in has been good to me and I try to be good to them. The campus as a whole is very nice and a lot easier to get along with. I just like being here and it's a good institution to work for.’
