‘I became associated with Lamar, I believe it was after COVID, in the fall of 2020, and I needed a change from the college I was at, so I decided to transfer to Lamar. It just changed the course of my life in general. I was very unsure about my major. At the time, I transferred as a Biology major my first semester and I didn't like it. I went to criminal justice and the professors really made me realize the passion I had for it. And it was just the best overall experience. Yeah, I couldn't have asked for a better time. My undergrad was amazing.’
