‘I became associated with Lamar University back in 2017 when I decided to transfer my credits from Lamar Port Arthur and get a degree in Health. Lamar University impacted me in a positive way by allowing me to obtain a degree that I could use to further better my life and those around me. It also gave me the opportunity to surround myself with like-minded individuals such as my fraternity brothers of Alpha Kappa Psi. We are a collegiate business fraternity. We also have a graduate alumni chapter, for once you graduate, and just being able to meet different people from all around the world and have that experience. Peck ’em Cards!’
